Seth offers a unique advantage to our customers. We offer the option of exchanging your tungsten ring for a new one worth R$125 per piece.
You return your old rings, pay R$125 for each one and can choose another model based on the current value of your pieces. This exchange can be made annually.
You can choose another size or model* and the discount will be applied based on the current value of the returned item – if the customer chooses a more expensive item, they will have to pay the excess amount.
Attention: Shipping and laser engraving costs, if applicable, will be separate.

Can tungsten wedding rings break?
Yes, you can, the deadline is up to 15 days after receipt to request an exchange. The first exchange is on Seth.
We pay in installments via credit card in up to 10 interest-free installments with a minimum installment of R$50.
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Master, diners, Hipercad, Elo, Amex and Pix.
- Bank Slip: Attention: Orders will only be processed after payment has been made and identified internally. Approval time is 24 to 48 hours. We suggest paying immediately after purchasing to speed up delivery of your order.
Shipping has a fixed cost of R$9.90 for all purchases.

-Guarantee Policy The SETH Guarantee is valid for 6 (six) months and covers possible defects that refer to technical aspects of manufacturing and/or materials involved, except replacement of stones, natural wear and tear of coated products and broken chains. Damages resulting from falls, inappropriate use, accidents of any nature and handling/contact with chemical agents that could cause damage to the materials of your jewelry are excluded from the warranty. When activating the warranty, the part will undergo a technical evaluation that will be carried out within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of return to the SETH store. In the case of online purchases, the request to activate the guarantee must be made via email at sac@sethstore.com.br and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If it is impossible to repair the part within the warranty conditions, another equal or similar item of the same value will be provided without any extra. Jewelry outside the warranty conditions may be repaired upon presentation of a repair quote and subsequent approval by the customer. SETH offers cleaning and polishing services for SETH jewelry free of charge and for an indefinite period upon presentation of the SETH Guarantee certificate in any store.
SETH Tungsten Ring Care Our wedding rings are made from tungsten carbide, the most resistant metal in nature.
However, when coated in Gold, Rose Gold or Black Rhodium, the coating may suffer natural wear over time, like any coated product. Coating wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To keep your ring always looking like new, follow our usage recommendations:
- Do not use your wedding ring to handle chemicals of any kind.
- Substances such as perfumes, moisturizing creams, makeup, hairspray, chlorine, sulfur, shampoos, detergents, soaps, cosmetics, tanning lotions and salt water damage and shorten the lifespan of the coating and speed up the process of removing it.
- When washing your hands, get in the habit of taking off your rings.
- Do not use your rings for household chores, as friction and chemicals remove the coating.
- Do not practice physical activities with your ring, sweat is also harmful to jewelry as it contains uric acid. Uric acid can cause darkening of pieces coated in Gold and Rose Gold.
- Do not expose your wedding ring to friction, as friction will scratch the piece and cause removal of the coating. Black wedding rings require special care in use, as friction with rough surfaces wears down the coating.
- Do not use your wedding ring to wash any type of utensil, as the friction caused may remove the coating.
- The ring may receive a new coating upon presentation of a quote and subsequent approval by the client.
- To clean your rings, use only a soft cloth and water.
- Tungsten is the most resistant metal in nature but it can break depending on the height or surface it falls and this is not considered a defect.
SETH Silver Ring Care Our silver rings are made from Sterling Silver. Silver oxidation is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To keep your ring looking like new, follow our usage recommendations:
- Substances such as perfumes, moisturizing creams, makeup, hairspray, chlorine, sulfur, shampoos, detergents, soaps, cosmetics, tanning lotions and salt water damage and shorten the lifespan of the coating and accelerate the silver oxidation process;
- Do not use your rings for domestic tasks, as friction and chemicals remove the coating;
- Do not expose your ring to friction, as friction will scratch the piece and cause the coating to be removed;
- Do not take a shower with your ring, as daily use of soaps, shampoos and conditioners accelerate the wear of the coating and the oxidation of the silver;
- When washing your hands, get used to removing the rings;
- Do not practice physical activities with your jewelry, as sweat contains uric acid which accelerates the removal of the coating and oxidation;
- Store your jewelry separately, as stones and metals have different degrees of hardness and can scratch;
- Do not crush your studded ring, this will damage the claw, causing the stone to fall;
- To clean your pieces, use only a very soft flannel and water.

Care for SETH leather bracelets Our bracelets are made of genuine leather and therefore require some care.
To keep your leather bracelet always looking new; Follow our usage recommendations:
- Do not get wet or take a shower with your bracelet;
- Leather cannot be wet as water eliminates the leather's natural oils, leaving it dry, hard and cracked.
- Contact with water can loosen the glue we use to fix the leather to the zipper and can also cause the magnetic magnets to detach from the zippers;
- Do not practice sports with your bracelet, as sweat stains the leather;
- When putting on and removing your bracelet, do not handle it with excessive force as the clasp may come loose or break.
- Black coated zippers can scratch and lose color over time. How you use it will define how long the coating will last. The wear of the black coating is considered normal, as with all coated products;
- Avoid rough surfaces so that the black and silver clasp always looks beautiful;
- Wearing bracelets on the same arm as the watch may scratch or remove the clasp coating due to friction.

Exchange and Return Policy SETH's Exchange and Return Policy follows the rules established by the Company and is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, preserving the rights and respecting the needs of its customers, so that you maintain your trust in purchases made online, as well as in our stores.
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, with the exception of promotional products that can be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. We also offer the possibility of exchange in the physical store, the request must be made via email: sac@sethstore.com.br within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The exchange under these conditions can only be carried out once;
The conditions for exchange/return are:
- Jewelry must be in its complete original packaging and also accompanied by the guarantee;
- The product can not show any evidence of use;
- The invoice and warranty must necessarily accompany the return/exchange of the product;
- The exchange can only occur once, within the mentioned period. The exchange of products purchased in the Online Store can be exchanged in the physical store with prior authorization requested via email sac@sethstore.com.br.
- Shipping costs for the first exchange are borne by Seth, if the customer needs to make a second exchange, all costs are borne by the customer.
- The exchange can be made for another of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
- Important: Measurement information for rings and bracelets depends exclusively on the consumer's information and verification at the time of ordering, exempting Seth from liability for exchange.
- If the products do not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the originating address.
- The shipping value will not be refunded in the event of an exchange or refund.
In cases of return, the returned item must reach our Technical Assistance, where a quality process will be carried out that can take up to 5 working days to complete. Upon confirmation of receipt of the volume and our quality audit, the refund will be released. The chargeback is the responsibility of the card administrator and may take up to 2 invoices to be properly credited to the customer's account, according to the deadline provided by the administrator.
In the case of purchases by bank slip, the refund will be made via deposit into the account of the same CPF that made the purchase.
Note: Engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned, even within the deadline.
